Droughtmaster Heifers

These heifers were bred in the Eddington commercial herd which is an accredited herd with the Droughtmaster Society.

All sires at Eddington are registered sires from verified stud or selected sires out of the Eddington stud herd.

Eddington has been breeding droughtmaster cattle since 1987 and have been running a 4-month joining program since 1997.

All females calve between January and April and joined from March to June.

All sires are morphology tested annually, and females are preg-tested every September.

Temperament, constitution, fertility, milking and mothering ability, with growth and soundness are key traits of these cattle.
